With a heart for hospitality and an eye for timeless design, Sarah brings warmth, intention, and grace to every celebration she plans. As the founder of Maris & Valle Events, she blends thoughtful planning with meaningful details — creating events that feel as beautiful as they do personal.
With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sarah approaches each wedding and event with a steady hand and a servant’s heart. Whether she's guiding a couple through their first venue tour or fluffing a veil just before the aisle, her greatest joy is knowing her clients feel cared for, confident, and fully present.
Born and raised in the valley of Virginia, Sarah graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism, concentrating in Event Management, and also received a Master's Degree in Special Education. Sarah's true passion has always been event planning, ensuring others are always having a great time. The name Maris and Valle was created through Sarah's love "of the sea" (Maris) and her roots of being raised in the valley (Valle) of the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Mountains.
When she's not planning events, she's spending time with her husband, Casey, and their sweet pup Myrtle. Adventure, family, friends, the color pink, being your biggest cheerleader, and Jesus are a few of her favorite things.
